The phone is fine, but the cellular reception on it is poor at my residence. I bought a Samsung 20 because I understood they had great cellular reception, but I have trouble getting a good signal where people can hear me clearly. I am going to return the phone.

Upgraded from a S10 cause I broke it overall awesome phone works a lot smoother only complaint is battery isnt whole lot better but definitly an improvment and no headphone jack but otherwise 9/10 would reccomend amazon does have them for half the price if buying outright

No microSD.

No microSD, in spite of Verizon salespeople's assurances. In order to make room for the 5G antenna in body of the phone, they had to sacrifice the space for the expansion microSD slot. Most descriptions of the S20 product line say that all options support microSD, but the S20 5G variant does not!

To maintain the water-resistant and dust-resistant features of your device, make sure that the SIM card/Memory card tray openings are maintained free of dust and water, and the tray is securely inserted prior to any exposure to liquids. This device is water resistant with an IP68 rating. This means that the Galaxy S20 is dust-resistant and can withstand being kept in up to 1.5 metres of water for up to 30 minutes. ~Peter

How do you get the phone to rotate from profile to land

Swipe down from the top of the screen twice then look for the screen rotation option in the quick settings. Turn it on and it should switch from portrait to landscape in apps that support it. Note: the home screen does not switch to landscape mode. ~Peter

From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen. > Navigate: Settings > Connections > NFC and contactless payment. > Ensure the 'NFC and contactless payments' switch (upper-right) is on. > Tap Contactless payments. (All activated wallets are added under 'Contactless payments'. If multiple wallets are activated, you can at any point change the default by going to the 'Payment' tab and updating your selection.) I thought the S20 had an SD slot, except for the dual SIM model. Is this the dual SIM model, because the specs say no SD? Also the description says the camera is 64MP but the specs say 12MP and 10MP front. Which is it?
