Good questions. You can use the Samsung Smart Switch app to transfer everything from your old device to your new device. You will need to install on both devices and follow the instructions. The differences in the S23 and S24 are in the processor and the shape of the device. The S24 offers a newer processor and a new phone style. ~Peter
